We strive to provide a comfortable environment where you'll feel confident in the level of care you receive.

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete our insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. For your convenience, our patient forms are available online.

If your first visit is for a dental emergency, only the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment may be necessary.

Our New Patient Forms are now available online so that you can complete them at your convenience, giving you time to carefully review our policies and procedures without having to do so at our office. Payment Options

We deliver the finest care for our patients.

In order to provide and continue to maintain our high standard of quality services and attention that you deserve, we are unable to participate with any dental insurance contracts due to the limitations imposed by insurance coverage. Therefore, we are considered fee-for-service, which means that we are out of network with all dental insurance carriers. However, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you as a courtesy, and aid you in getting reimbursed directly from your dental insurance.

Payment options include cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit.
